Ken Ober, host of MTV’s Remote Control game show, passed away at age 52.

This Friday, our guest on Revenge of the 80s Radio will be Dave Wakeling

This week, we featured a new single from I, Ludicrous: “We’re the Support Band.” We also feature classic alternative tracks from artists including Siouxsie and the Banshees, Gazebo, The Clash, Icehouse, Holly and the Italians and Aztec Camera.

This week’s Revenge of the 80s Radio show will include a new track from British band I, Ludicrous.

Dave Wakeling, of English Beat and General Public fame, is back on tour. He is leading his newest English Beat lineup through North America for a concert series that ends 2009 with a New Year’s Eve concert in Redondo Beach, California.

This week, we are proud to present the World Radio Premiere of Louise Robey’s new single: “A Woman Scorned.”

MTV reports former Bauhaus lead singer Peter Murphy will appear in a cameo role in the sequel to teen-angst-vampire movie Twilight entitled Eclipse.

The World Premiere of Louise Robey’s “A Woman Scorned” will be this coming Friday night, 11/6/09, on Revenge of the 80s Radio.
