Terri Nunn Named Grand Marshall of Local Adobe Reyes Days Parade

Written by on September 9, 2008

According to the Agora Hills local newspaper, The Acorn (as seen also on the Berlin Fan Page), former Berlin Lead Singer Terri Nunn has been named this year’s Grand Marshall at their local Adobe Reyes Days Parade on Saturday, October 4th.

Nunn and her family have been living in the suburban LA town for about seven years.

The Parade honors the Reyes Adobe site, an historic rest stop for travelers in the early years of California off what is now Highway 101. Efforts have been underway to restore the landmark.

Terri has been making the most out of her versatile talents, not only in music but other areas including talk radio and writing. She is incredibly unselfish with those talents, offering her help to great causes with Camp Freddy and her own Girls Night Out. I, for one, am a fan of anyone who honors their local area’s contributions to American history.
