While we talk about her life and music, we focus much of the discussion around her very important project: “A Woman’s Voice,” where she uses music as a form of self-expression to help women who suffer from trauma, violence, addiction, depression or other mental health issues. Lane has recorded and created several CD’s of work from women who took part in her various workshops. She is also available for living room shows across the Northeastern US and California.
