U2 Postpones Tour Dates As Bono Recovers From Back Surgery

Written by on May 26, 2010

U2 is postponing its U2360 Tour until after Bono recovers from back surgery due to an injury he sustained while practicing. They also announced they are forced to cancel their appearance at the Glastonbury Music Festival (UK) on June 25th. More details will appear on U2/s official website, which includes an update on the former candidate to run the World Bank from The Edge.

Considered to be one of the most expensive tours ever put together, the band will have to, unfortunately, fork over more capital to cover for the costs of the original series of dates, but fans and band mates are probably most happy just to know that doctors say he will be okay.

We at Revenge of the 80s Radio wish Bono a speedy recovery.
