As Depeche Mode fans are gearing up for their long-awaited new studio album, “Sounds of the Universe,” the band announced the North American release date for their single, “Wrong” will be April 7th (April 4th in Europe)

We talk about early San Francisco punk, its influences into the 80s, The Dils, Kinman’s music career and his latest project, Los Trendy. The discussion starts in the second hour of the show. We also played a double-shot of music from The Cramps during the first hour in honor of the passing of Lux Interior.

Tonight’s Revenge of the 80s Radio Show will dedicate its second hour to classic alternative dance music with tracks from artists including Yaz, Alphaville, Amazulu, Depeche Mode, Erasure and Blancmange.
