Our 11/11 show is up. We are airing an encore broadcast of our interview with Jimmer Podrasky of The Rave-Ups.
Do you remember the house band in the bar from the movie “Pretty In Pink?” They were recording artists (as well as A&M Records mail room employees) The Rave-Ups. The group’s frontman, Jimmer Podrasky, is our guest this week on Revenge of the 80s Radio.
The Psychedelic Furs will tour North America for six weeks between May 27th and July 3rd, according to the band’s official website
Tonight’s Revenge of the 80s Radio sow will feature classic tracks from some of the most memorable movies of the 1980s. Among the artists we will play tonight are: Simple Minds, The Bone Symphony, Paul Young and a duet between Annette Funicello and Fishbone.
