Tonight’s Revenge of the 80s Radio Show will feature music from several artists from the 80s making some news in recent weeks. Adam Ant will soon release Live at the Bloonsbury, a live CD from a special one-off concert earlier this year, Missy Belland of Voice of the Beehive has a new line of fairies out for Made in Heaven by Missy, Fishbone‘s Fall Tour is heating up and will be in NYC soon, new material was also recently put out by Nikki Corvette with her new band, Gorevette (which we will feature in the next show), Dave Alvin of The Blasters, and Andy Prieboy. We will play classics from these and other artists tonight.
Revenge of the 80s Radio airs live every Friday night 7-9pm on Q99.1FM in the Hudson Valley, NY and on www.revengeofthe80sradio.com; Wednesdays 12noon Melbourne, Australia time on 87.6FM “Radio 80s” in Korumburra, AUS and our podcast will be available on Saturday.
