The podcast for this week’s Revenge of the 80s Radio show is up and available at the end of this post. Hour 1 features new music by Gorevette, who will tour the Eastern US this week, and I, Ludicrous. Gorevette recently released their first LP, Lustfully Yours. I, Ludicrous’ latest single, released in October 2009, “We’re the Support Band,” is a smash hit in the UK.
In hour 2, we play Adriana Kaegi‘s “I’ve Been Going Out,” her most recent release. Adriana’s documentary on the band she co-founded, Kid Creole and My Coconuts, will be screened at the Phoenix Art Museum on Wednesday, March 24th.
We also played cuts from the classic alternative era including tracks by Berlin, The Alarm, Kate Bush, Brian Setzer and Mental As Anything.
